Think of a retainer like having a personal designer and developer on speed dial. Together we agree on a fixed fee each month, and in return, you get access to our team and expertise whenever you need it. It’s like having a squad on standby, ready to swoop in and save the day whenever you need it.
Fluid time
On occasion we can roll time backwards to cover those busy months while unused time will be rolled forward and can be used for future work.
Fixed rate
The monthly cost will stay the same regardless if hours are brought forward or rolled back to keep your costs stable and predictable.
Priority
The time will be allocated for you for the duration of the retainer so you don’t have to worry about capacity and scheduling work in advance.
Quick comms
We usually set up a joint Slack channel for quick communication. This creates an open channel of communication and feels as we are part of the team.
Dedicated Manager
You will have your own project manager as your first point of contact to keep you updated on progress.
Transparency
We can invite you to our scheduling tool (Clickup) where you can create and view tasks and their current status.
Pricing
Our retainers run for 6-12 months and have a discount compared to our standard rate. The amount of hours chosen will depend on the amount of work you’d like for us to take on each month.
Essential
The focus would be on small essential tasks, making sure everything is working smoothly.
Plus
This tier could include design and development services, as well as monthly check-ins and quick communication.
Advanced
This tier provides a high level of personalised attention and support including more frequent check-ins.
